The January Reset is designed to be manageable for busy mums. As with anything, you get what you put in to it. BUT, if you choose to cook just 1-2 new recipes a week and set aside a little time for planing your meals in advance, you will get a lot out of it. The yoga sessions are an optional extra 20 minutes which you can do every day or just a few times a week. The goal is to make these changes fit into your existing routine, without feeling overwhelmed.
The Reset is £47, and you can split the payment in two across the month. If you join by Sunday 12 January you will receive the early bird price of £37 plus a bonus ticket at my upcoming workshop on brain health and nutrition and a free 15-minute 1:1 with me to kick off the course.
Yes! I don't really believe in giving you blanket family-friendly meals, because what works for my family might not work for yours. But I DO believe in your deep knowledge of your children's preferences. I will show you how to adapt the meals to suit the whole family so you don't have to cook multiple meals every day.
Absolutely! The January Reset is designed with simplicity in mind – so while you will need to spend time in the kitchen, the meals generally take less than 30 minutes to cook - less if you spend some time preparing in advance. In the final week we will sit down together over a cup of tea and plan our meals so we have this really nailed down ready for the future. I’ll guide you step by step through the process, so you can feel confident and successful, no matter your level of experience.
Life happens! Any amount of time you can give to the course will be valuable – even if you try just a couple of new recipes. Plus I know from previous Resets that the energy of being a part of the group means you can't help but keep things in mind. All the video trainings are bite size so you can dip in when you can while doing something else. I want you to feel supported, not stressed. You’ll have lifetime access to the recipes and bite-size training from me, so if you fall behind or need to catch up, you can always come back to it when you can. Access to the yoga videos will finish at the end of the course (16 February), but that gives you 30 days to complete the 21 videos. Plus Vibhu's incredible membership is very affordable so you can keep it up beyond the Reset.
When you sign up for the course here in Podia you will create an account if you haven't already bought something from me before. All the course material will be loaded here in Podia and will be the central hub for all your resources. I will host a group chat on WhatsApp where you can ask questions and get support throughout the course.
No, the January Reset isn’t focused on weight loss. It's about re-discovering the joy of eating delicious food and supporting you to feel better in your body, boosting your energy, and creating a more balanced, nourishing life. However, with the focus on eating whole, minimally processed foods and enjoying meals again, you may notice feeling more confident about yourself.
Yes, the January Reset can be easily adapted for your unique needs. For the most part the recipes are suitable for you if you are breastfeeding or pregnant, although please let me know if you are and I will flag any you might not to adapt. The recipes will predominantly favour plant-based meals, although there will be some meat-based meals. I will provide vegetarian alternatives as needed. If you have dietary restrictions I trust you can adapt them but please do let me know if you need any help or advice. The meals are not suitable for vegans. You're welcome to adapt them if you need, but I can't provide completely vegan-friendly meals.

I have been on my motherhood journey for nearly 6 years and over time I have discovered that the only way to see my way through it with calm and grace is to make sure that my needs are at the top of my mind.
This is very much a work in progress and some days are better than others. But I know on those days when I've slept well and eaten well, I am at my best as a mother.
Resetting the way I approach food and cooking completely revolutionised how I spend my time – and how stressed I feel.
I'm a nutritional therapist and effortless energy finder for mums. I know motherhood is exhausting – but I also know firsthand how often we can sabotage our ourselves!
My mission in life is to help exhausted mums discover ease and joy in their motherhood, so they can actually enjoy it – even in the challenging times.
As a nutritional therapist I focus on food that brings joy, as well as sleep, movement and your natural daily, monthly and yearly cycles to harness the natural ebb and flow of energy. I help my clients change their beliefs and flip their mindset so they get a deep understanding of their own body and mind.
